Blueberry Lassi

Lassis come in all kinds of flavors, some are salty, some are sweet, some have mint, basil, some have fruit. In this recipe, I’m making sweet lassi based on coco yogurt and blueberries 🙂 .


Purple part:

  • 100 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 150 g coco yogurt
  • 20 ml rice drink

Yellow part:

  • 170g coco yogurt
  • 1 tsp Cardamon, Vanilla, Turmeric and Cinnamon powder mix
  • 30 ml rice drink
  • 1tsp organic honey
  • pinch of salt


Add ingredients to blender:

  • Purple part: Put blueberries, yogurt and rice drink into a blender and blend for 1 minute.
  • Yellow part: Put yogurt, rice drink, honey, salt and spice mix into a blender and blend for 1 minutes.

Pour contents into a glasses and sprinkle with tiny pinch of vanilla and some fresh mint.

The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
