Jesień i zima to czas ciepłych zup. Najczęściej gotuję rosół, bo to moja ukochana zupa, jednak od kilku lat eksperymentuję również z kremami. Kremy są pożywne, szybko można je przygotować i dają możliwość tworzenia nowych smaków w kuchni. Dzięki nim sezonowe warzywa i owoce spożywam dużo chętniej :).

I think it is a must watch. Anyone who likes seafood should be aware of where the ingredients for their dish come from and what they cost. Consumer awareness can change the tragic situation of the oceans and the people who have been connected to the oceans for centuries and are now suffering due to the industrialisation of fishing.
